2 Hour Online SAFE CE – Nontraditional Fixed Rate Mortgages

This course satisfies the 2 Hour Nontraditional Mortgages CE requirement for MLOs.  This session deals with calculating the Maximum Loan Amount FHA is willing to insure for a mortgage borrower in the purchase and refinance of their homes.
